Job title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Job description:
Support lead generation of IT professionals to maintain vendor/customer database & prospecting technical applicants/relationship building to hire software professionals. Work with cross functional teams to collect requirements & coordinate the process to screen/identify candidates’ proficiency in Tableau, Big Data, HADOOP, REST API, Power BI, Angular JS, Python, Azure, AWS for IT projects concerning database/software applications, systems administration to meet client requirements & analysis of technical recruiting decisions. Work with management to determine cost & profitability of projects
Job duration:
Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.
Wage:
$124,862.00/yr.
Work Location:
San Jose, CA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Telecommuting is an option.
Education and experience required:
Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science or IT or IS or Business Administration plus 2 years experience in job offered or a HR Analyst or Technical Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience to identify candidates’ proficiency in Tableau, Big Data, HADOOP, REST API, Power BI, Angular JS, Python, Azure, AWS for IT projects.
